Q: What sort of payments do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, American Express, checks, cash & electronic wire transfers. We do not accept CODs  or Coupons.

Q: Could I use my own shipping company?

A: Yes, as a matter of fact we would prefer that you use a vendor that you feel comfortable with. Again we would like to extend that service if you so desire.

Q: Are you open on Saturdays?

A: No, our office is not open during weekends, but you can always reach us via e-mail on our website, or make a prior appointment with one of our sales personnel to accommodate your busy schedule.

Q: Could I have my cart painted in a different color?

A: Yes, for an additional charge, depending on the color, a customer can choose the color he or she desires.

Q: Do you repair carts from other manufactures?

A: Yes, we would have to have it physically present so we can give you a realistic estimate on the type of work needed.

Q: Do you make custom carts?

A: Yes, you as a customer can design your own cart, and we will build it for an additional cost. Cost will vary on material and man hours applied to your custom Cart.

Q: What amount of deposit should I expect when ordering a custom cart?

A: 50% of the total cost agreed upon between you and Studiocarts.

Q: When could I expect a custom cart delivered?

A: This will depend on how elaborate your cart is and how busy we are with our normal line of carts.

Q: Could I obtain replacement parts for my Studio cart?

A: Yes, we stock all replacement parts and third party items that we sell.
